If your child has not been offered aplace at a school you ranked as a higher preference than SRRCC, they will automatically be placed on our waiting list. If you wish to verify that they are registered please email waitinglist@srrcc.org.uk with the following details:

1) Child's Name
2) Child's DOB
3) Child's Address
4) Contact number
5) Confirmation if previously applied

Parents and carers have two weeks to accept or reject offers. If places become available, they will be offered to those on the waiting list according to the school's over-subsciption policy.

Please note that the College Office staff does not have visibility of the waiting list and are unable to give personal information regarding positions on the waiting list.

The school is a voluntary aided co-educational primary school within the trusteeship of the Diocese of Westminster. it will eventually provide 210 places for pupils between the ages of 4 and 11.

The closing date for applications was 15th January 2018 for places in Reception at St Richard Reynolds Catholic Primary School for children born between 1st September 2013 and August 31st 2014 for entry in September 2017. Outcomes will be advised on 16th April 2018. 20 places will be allocated with priority given to baptised Catholic children if that category is oversubscribed. The remaining 10 places in the primary school will be allocated on the basis of distance from the school and not on the religion of the child.

NB You must complete and return a Common Application Form (CAF) to your home local authority online or, by post or in person. Supplentary Information forms and Certificate of Catholic Practice (if applicable) must be returned to the College Office.

Note: The governing body may only determine the admissions arrangements on a year by year basis but it is the expectation that up to ten pupils who are awarded and accept an Open place will be given top priority after Catholic looked after children should they apply for a place in Year 7 at St Richard Reynolds Catholic High School when they reach Year 6 in St Richard Reynolds Catholic Primary School. This does not form part of our current admissions arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE: St Richard Reynolds Catholic Primary School opened in September 2013 with 30 pupils in Reception class. A further 30 pupils were admitted in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Up to 30 children will be admitted this year each year thereafter until the school reaches its capacity of up to 210 pupils. The school can not therefore offer places in Years 5 and 6 at this time.
